You provide the agenda, and I provide a sounding board and questions that prompt new perspectives. I help you set achievable goals, and hold you accountable for meeting them.
Coaching engagements start with a free 30-minute consultation to get acquainted. We’ll talk about what you want to accomplish and decide whether we’d like to work together. Coaching engagements include six 1-hour sessions over two to six months. At that time we’ll evaluate whether our work together is complete or whether to renew our initial coaching agreement to continue work or to tackle new goals.
