I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how I use my time. Where does it all go?
It’s OK — really, it is — if we don’t pack every single second full of something productive. In fact, we’re better off if we don’t. Taking breaks gives our brains and bodies a chance to catch a breather.
What if you took a 2-minute break to reflect? You can find 2 minutes without much trouble. Jot a few thoughts down in a notebook and voila! You’re journaling.
